By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

The App is a practice aid

The App is a learning and practice aid, provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Real-time pitch detection depends on your microphone, playing environment, and instrument, and results may vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

Acceptable use

Please use the App for your own practice. Do not copy, redistribute, rent, sell, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled.

Changes

If these terms are updated, the revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised terms.
