Kritus — Terms of Use
Effective date: September 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Kritus app ("the App").
In short: Kritus is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End-User License Agreement (EULA). The App is a practice aid, provided "as is."
Acceptance and license
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices you own or control. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs.
The App is a practice aid
The App is a learning and practice aid, provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Real-time pitch detection depends on your microphone, playing environment, and instrument, and results may vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
Acceptable use
Please use the App for your own practice. Do not copy, redistribute, rent, sell, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App except as expressly permitted by the Standard EULA or applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled.
Changes
If these terms are updated, the revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised terms.
